The Experience Centre was designed with the intent of providing a first-hand experience of the built space to prospective buyers. The Centre was proposed as an upgraded marketing technique to the conventional ‘show flats”. The walls act as a canvas for displaying information about the residential building through textual information, exhibits, and digital aids.
The iPads installed on the wall showcase walkthroughs, and other technical details of the project. The customer lounge is furnished with a seating arrangement styled with a centre table and rug. The use of modern materials such as back-painted glass as a surface finish and acrylic for text cut-outs is prominent across the design.
