Avante Travels operates from Mumbai, where we own our fleet and run our own garages. We do not have an office in this city, and we would rather tell you that here than let you discover it later.

Every vehicle we send is under three years old and in the category you booked or higher. Occasionally we upgrade at the same price and do not charge extra for it.
An Avante person owns your booking from the first call to the final invoice. You do not deal with the local operator and you do not chase them.
However many operators are involved, your finance team gets one invoice from us rather than several from names they do not recognise.
If a vehicle falls short, that is our problem to fix rather than yours to absorb. Three decades of operating is what makes replacing it possible.

The bigger the vehicle, the less each person pays. A 13 seater on a day trip works out around ₹615 a head. A 49 seater on the same trip works out around ₹367. If your group sits close to the next size up, going up usually costs less per person, not more.
Travelling with elderly passengers or small children? Book one size above your headcount. The spare row means somebody can put their feet up and lie down, or the children have somewhere to play.
These are the runs we arrange most often out of Ahmedabad. Times assume a full vehicle with an 80 km per hour speed limiter and a halt, so they run longer than a mapping tool suggests. Six or seven for Ahmedabad, Dwarka, Somnath and Gir. Dwarka and Somnath are each a long drive rather than day trips, which is what catches most groups out.
