Cancellation Policy

Every percentage below is calculated on the total trip amount.

• The traveller can cancel 7 days prior to the actual trip date and will receive an 80% refund of the total trip amount.
• If cancelled 48 hours before the trip, the traveller will get a 60% refund of the total trip amount.
• If cancelled 24 hours before the trip, the traveller will receive a 50% refund of the total trip amount only.
• Once the vehicle reports on location for duty and the booking is then cancelled, a charge of 80% of the total trip amount is applicable.
