Step 1
Fixed departure and return times, planned realistically
We build the timing on what a speed limited vehicle actually does, not on a map estimate. A trip planned at highway speeds is a trip that gets back late.

Home Our vehicles Destinations ContactBuses and tempo travellers for school picnics, industrial visits and college tours from Mumbai, from 14 seats to 76. Every vehicle comes with one of our drivers and every vehicle is speed limited to 80 km per hour, as RTO rules require.
A teacher organising a trip is not buying transport. They are buying the confidence to stand in front of a parent and say the arrangements are sound. That is a different thing, and it is what the rest of this page is about.

Forty children, one halt, three exits, and two teachers counting from different ends of the vehicle.
A parent asks who the driver is and what checks were done, and the school has a phone number and nothing else.
The trip runs forty minutes over, the school gate closes, and parents are waiting outside in the dark.
Photographs showed a clean modern bus. What arrives is older, and the teacher finds out with the children already at the gate.
What we can state without qualification: every vehicle is speed limited to 80 km per hour, fitted as RTO rules require and not adjustable on request. Vehicle papers, permit and insurance are current on every vehicle that goes out. Where a vehicle comes from our vetted partner network it is under three years old and in the category you booked or higher.
You are welcome to inspect the actual vehicle before the trip on our 13, 20 and 26 seater tempo travellers and on the Urbania. Call ahead so we can make sure it is not out on a job.
Step 1
We build the timing on what a speed limited vehicle actually does, not on a map estimate. A trip planned at highway speeds is a trip that gets back late.
Step 2
One named coordinator for the trip, who the drivers report to, so your teachers have a single number to call rather than a different one for each vehicle.
Step 3
Drivers are background checked, uniformed and briefed on the route before they are put on a school trip.
Step 4
Every vehicle is speed limited to 80 km per hour, fitted as RTO rules require and not adjustable on request.
Matching the fleet to the job
The bigger the vehicle, the less each person pays. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip works out around ₹615 a head. A 49 seater on the same trip works out around ₹367. If your group sits close to the next size up, going up usually costs less per person, not more.

Pickup points
Our buses and tempo travellers run from Kandivali and our cars from Andheri, with pickup points across Mira Road, Bhayander and the wider suburbs. Tell us your boarding point and we calculate distance from somewhere close to you rather than from our garage.
Some venues and rural roads cannot take a large vehicle. Send us the exact pickup and drop addresses, including any unpaved or monsoon affected stretches, and we will confirm access before you book rather than on the day.
Request a Safety Brief →School trips are quoted as a package with a minimum, local or outstation depending on the destination. Everything below appears on the quote before anything is confirmed, so it can go straight to your administration for approval.

For schools that need a GST invoice, GST is charged at 5 per cent on top of the quoted rate.
If your administration would rather have one all inclusive figure with nothing added afterwards, ask and we will quote it that way. For school approvals most administrators prefer it.
On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round. If you would rather have one all inclusive figure with nothing added afterwards, ask and we will quote it that way.
No vehicle stays running in standby for more than ten minutes in one spot. If you need the engine and air conditioning kept on while it waits, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.
All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour. The limiter is fitted as RTO rules require, it is set in the vehicle, and it cannot be raised on request. This is worth telling parents, because most do not know it is mandatory.
Yes, on our 13, 20 and 26 seater tempo travellers and on the Urbania. Call ahead so we can make sure it is not out on a job. For other categories tell us and we will arrange what we can.
We plan timings on what a speed limited vehicle actually does rather than on a map estimate. Expect about an hour more than Google says on trips up to five hours, and about two hours more beyond that, with distance running 10 to 15 per cent higher. Planning it honestly is how a trip gets back when it said it would.
The bigger the vehicle, the lower the cost per head. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip runs about ₹8,000, which is roughly ₹615 each. A 49 seater coach on the same trip runs about ₹18,000, which is roughly ₹367 each. If you are close to the next size up, it is usually worth going up.
Yes. Apart from cars and the 13 seater AC, non-AC is available across all the higher categories. Non-AC costs less and is fine in the cooler months, which is when most picnics run.
Roughly as many medium bags as there are seats, and about 60 to 65 per cent of that in large bags. For a day picnic this is never the constraint. For a multi day tour it is worth counting before you book.
From a point close to your boarding location wherever we can, not strictly from our garage. Our buses and tempo travellers sit in Kandivali and our cars in Andheri, and we would rather not bill you for the drive to your door. Tell us your pickup point and we will confirm how it is being counted.
To secure your preferred vehicle, book as early as you can. We also take last minute bookings up to an hour before pickup, depending on what is free and where it is.
Yes, and most do. Send us the gate address and we will confirm whether the vehicle size you want can turn there. Some school approaches cannot take a full coach and it is better to know before the day.
Yes. We run monthly contracts for schools with consolidated billing and, where we can manage it, the same driver each day.
