To secure your preferred vehicle, we recommend booking as early as possible. We also accept last minute bookings up to an hour before pickup, depending on vehicle availability and routing.
Your pickup point, destination, travel dates, number of people and roughly how many large bags. Tell us whether the trip is local, outstation, an airport transfer or one way, and whether you want AC. With those, our first reply can be a real quote rather than a list of questions.
Call or WhatsApp 08779089990 for an instant quote, or send your trip details through the form on our Contact page. Every quote comes in writing, with each charge listed.
An advance of 20 per cent confirms your booking and holds the vehicle for your dates. The balance is due before the trip starts. For weddings and multi vehicle bookings, a higher advance may apply, and we tell you when we quote.
By bank transfer, Google Pay or credit card, or online through our secure Razorpay payment link once you have approved your written quote.
We send the vehicle number and your driver's name and mobile number the evening before your trip.
Yes. We run monthly contracts for company, PSU and school transport. Our corporate and PSU staff transport page explains how they work.

From a point close to your boarding location wherever possible, not strictly from our garage. Our buses and tempo travellers run from Kandivali and our cars from Andheri, and we would rather not bill you for the drive to your door. For most pickups across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, both kilometres and hours are counted this way.
The vehicle, fuel, the driver allowance and the minimum amount for the package you choose, counted parking to parking. Extra hours and kilometres beyond the package, toll, parking, police entry where there is no official parking, and the late night allowance are charged on top.
An outstation package includes the vehicle, fuel, permit charges, the driver allowance and the package minimum. Charged on top are extra kilometres, toll at your actual FASTag statement, parking, police entry, the late night allowance, driver food and any other state taxes.
When the vehicle is used after 11.30 pm or before 6 am. If your timings fall in that window, it is shown on your quote in advance.
At your actual FASTag statement. You pay what the vehicle actually paid, not an estimate.
Yes. GST is charged at 5 per cent on top of the quoted rate if you need a GST invoice.
Yes. On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round rather than as a seasonal offer.
Yes. If you would rather have a single figure with nothing added afterwards, ask for an all inclusive quote and we will price it that way.
For luxury cars, yes. Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Alfa Romeo rates are published in full on our luxury cars page, based on a diesel price of 98 rupees a litre and revised when that moves. For buses and tempo travellers the price depends on the route, the days and the vehicle, so we quote each trip in writing.
Yes, depending on the vehicle, the season and your timings. Off season discounts average around 10 per cent and are sometimes more. Call us for a rate for your specific trip.
The bigger the vehicle, the lower the cost per head. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip runs about ₹8,000, roughly ₹615 each. A 49 seater coach on the same trip runs about ₹18,000, roughly ₹367 each. If your group is close to the next size up, going up usually costs less per person.

and Luggage
10 questions
As a rule, medium sized bags come to roughly the number of seats, and large bags to about 60 to 65 per cent of the seat count. So a 17 seater takes about 17 medium bags or 10 to 11 large ones. On buses above 35 seats, luggage goes into bays under the floor, so a full group with full luggage is normal. The Urbania carries most luggage on a roof carrier, which is explained on the Urbania page.
Yes. When your group is smaller than the vehicle, spare seats can hold extra luggage, as long as nothing damages them. If a seat is damaged, repair charges apply.
Yes. Apart from cars and the 13 seater AC tempo traveller, non-AC options are available in all the higher categories. Non-AC costs less and suits shorter trips in the cooler months.
Our tempo travellers have a sofa row at the back that converts into a bed. On a 20 seater, that means 16 luxury seats and a 4 seater sofa-cum-bed. Somebody can lie down properly on a long drive, which a standard vehicle does not allow.
No seat in any of our vehicles reclines flat, and the recline angle is similar across most categories. What changes between vehicles is seat width, legroom and space per person.
Below seven adults, a car or SUV usually works. From seven adults upward, a tempo traveller is our most common recommendation, because one vehicle costs less than two cars and keeps everyone together. Travelling with elders or small children? Book one size above your headcount, so somebody can stretch out or the children have room to play.
They are registered and taxed differently, which affects how they can be used and what they cost. We offer both across our car categories and the choice is yours. Tell us about the trip and we will explain which suits it better.
Yes, for our 13, 20 and 26 seater tempo travellers and the Urbania, at our Kandivali garage. Call ahead so we can make sure the vehicle is not out on a job.
When a booking needs a vehicle we do not own, it comes from our vetted partner network. It will be under three years old and in the category you booked or higher, and now and then we upgrade you at the same price. We tell you before you pay, not after.
Yes. Every vehicle photo on our site can be downloaded or shared as a direct link. Ask us and we will send you the album.

Every vehicle we run is speed limited to 80 km per hour, as RTO rules require. The limit is fixed in the vehicle and cannot be raised on request, so plan your timings around it.
Every vehicle is speed limited to 80 km per hour, and our coaches come with GPS tracking, fire extinguishers and emergency exits as standard. Our own vehicles are serviced in house on a fixed schedule.
Yes. Every vehicle comes with a driver, and the driver allowance is included in your package.
No. We only rent vehicles with a driver.
Every driver holds a valid commercial driving licence. All our own drivers are police verified, and partner drivers are checked by the operators we work with.
Driver food on outstation trips is charged on top of the package, and it is shown on your quote in advance. The driver allowance itself is already included.
On long outstation and overnight routes, we plan proper rest breaks for the driver. If the distance calls for a second driver or a night halt, we tell you when we quote, so it is never a surprise on the day.

Google assumes a car on an empty road. Our vehicles carry a full load, are speed limited to 80 km per hour and stop for halts, so the trip takes longer. As a rule, plan for 10 to 15 per cent more distance than the map shows, an hour more on trips up to five hours, and two hours more beyond that.
Yes, when a trip crosses into another state. On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round.
Yes. Permit charges are included in outstation packages.
Not always. Some venues and rural roads cannot take a large vehicle. Send us the exact pickup and drop addresses, including any unpaved or monsoon affected stretches, and we will confirm access before you book rather than on the day.
Yes. One way drops and pickups between Mumbai or Navi Mumbai airport and Pune, Lonavala, Vapi and Surat are regular bookings for us, and usually cheaper than a return trip you do not need. Tell us it is one way when you ask for the quote.
Yes, through our vetted partner network. Bookings are handled from Mumbai with one coordinator and one bill, and every partner vehicle is under three years old. Our Cities We Serve pages explain how each city works.

Cancel 7 days before the trip date and you receive an 80 per cent refund. Cancel 48 hours before and you receive a 60 per cent refund, and 24 hours before, a 50 per cent refund. Once the vehicle has reported at the location for duty, a cancellation is charged at 80 per cent. Every percentage is of the total trip amount. The full policy is on our cancellation policy page.
Yes, free of charge, if the vehicle is available on your new date. If it is not, we will offer a similar vehicle, or treat the change as a cancellation under the policy above.
Extra hours beyond your package are charged as shown on your quote, and the late night allowance applies after 11.30 pm. Let your driver or coordinator know as soon as your timings change.
Not for more than ten minutes in one spot. If you need the engine and air conditioning kept on while the vehicle waits, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.
Call the number on your booking confirmation and we arrange a replacement. Our own vehicles are serviced in house on a fixed schedule, so it is rare.
Give us your flight number when you book an airport pickup. Timely pickup and drop, with no last minute cancellations, are the two things we hold ourselves to hardest on airport work.
