Step 1
Route planning before the contract starts
We map pickup points against where your people actually live rather than against a route that suits us, then time it at the hour your shift starts.

Home Our vehicles Destinations ContactStaff transport in Mumbai for companies and public sector organisations. Daily home to office shuttles, offsites, client movement and airport runs, on monthly contracts with one bill at the end of it.
Admin teams do not change transport vendors because the seats were uncomfortable. They change because a driver did not turn up on a Tuesday, or because the billing arrived as fourteen separate invoices. Both of those are fixable, and both are what we are actually selling.

One absence on a Tuesday morning means forty people are late, and the admin team spends the day explaining it rather than doing their job.
Fourteen invoices across four departments, none of them reconciling, and a finance team asking questions nobody at the vendor can answer.
Daily shuttles are fine until the company books an offsite for two hundred and the same vendor can only find three vehicles.
Procurement asks for driver verification records and vehicle papers, and the vendor sends a photograph of a licence taken on a phone.
All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour as RTO rules require, which is worth stating in a safety submission.
Where a vehicle comes from our vetted partner network, it is under three years old and in the category you contracted or higher.
Step 1
We map pickup points against where your people actually live rather than against a route that suits us, then time it at the hour your shift starts.
Step 2
A single person for your account who knows your routes and your shift timings. Not a general booking line.
Step 3
One invoice a month covering every vehicle and every route, reconciled before it reaches your finance team.
Step 4
Vehicle papers, permits, insurance and driver records available for audit whenever procurement asks.
Matching the fleet to the job
The bigger the vehicle, the less each person pays. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip works out around ₹615 a head. A 49 seater on the same trip works out around ₹367. If your group sits close to the next size up, going up usually costs less per person, not more.

Pickup points
Our buses and tempo travellers run from Kandivali and our cars from Andheri, with pickup points across Mira Road, Bhayander and the wider suburbs. Tell us your boarding point and we calculate distance from somewhere close to you rather than from our garage.
Some venues and rural roads cannot take a large vehicle. Send us the exact pickup and drop addresses, including any unpaved or monsoon affected stretches, and we will confirm access before you book rather than on the day.

For organisations that need a GST invoice, GST is charged at 5 per cent on top of the quoted rate.
If you would rather have one all inclusive figure per trip with nothing added afterwards, we quote that way on request. For contract work most finance teams prefer it.
On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round. If you would rather have one all inclusive figure with nothing added afterwards, ask and we will quote it that way.
No vehicle stays running in standby for more than ten minutes in one spot. If you need the engine and air conditioning kept on while it waits, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.
Yes. Daily home to office shuttles on agreed routes and timings, billed monthly. We plan the routes against where your people live before the contract starts rather than fitting them to a route that suits us.
One consolidated invoice a month covering every vehicle and route, reconciled before it reaches your finance team. GST at 5 per cent if a GST invoice is required.
Vehicle papers, permits, insurance and driver records for audit. Tell us what your procurement process needs and we will confirm what we can provide before you shortlist us.
Yes. Daily contract vehicles come from our own fleet and larger movements draw on our vetted partner network, where every vehicle is under three years old and in the category booked or higher.
All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour, which RTO rules require. It is set in the vehicle and we cannot raise it. Factor that into your timings, and see the route table above for realistic drive times.
The bigger the vehicle, the lower the cost per head. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip runs about ₹8,000, which is roughly ₹615 each. A 49 seater coach on the same trip runs about ₹18,000, which is roughly ₹367 each. If you are close to the next size up, it is usually worth going up.
From a point close to your boarding location wherever we can, not strictly from our garage. Our buses and tempo travellers sit in Kandivali and our cars in Andheri, and we would rather not bill you for the drive to your door. Tell us your pickup point and we will confirm how it is being counted.
To secure your preferred vehicle, book as early as you can. We also take last minute bookings up to an hour before pickup, depending on what is free and where it is.
Yes. Mercedes, BMW and Audi with a chauffeur, with published rates on our luxury car page so you can see the cost before you call. For routine airport runs a standard car or SUV costs a fraction of that, and we will say so.
Yes, and the driver stays with the vehicle. A vehicle does not idle in standby for more than ten minutes at a stretch though, so if you need the air conditioning kept on while it waits, tell us and we will quote it.
We service in house on a fixed schedule, so it is rare. When it happens your coordinator arranges a replacement rather than you calling a general line and explaining the situation from the start.
