Wedding and Event Transport in Mumbai

Wedding transport in Mumbai, run to your function schedule rather than to a booking slot. Guest pickups from both airports, hotel to venue shuttles, baraat vehicles and family cars, all coordinated by one person who knows the whole plan.

Most wedding transport does not fail because a vehicle is late. It fails because five vendors are each holding one piece of the day and nobody is holding all of it. That is the part we take off you.

What Usually Goes Wrong

  1. Guests stranded after a delayed flight

The flight lands at one in the morning, the driver finished his shift at eleven, and somebody’s uncle is calling the bride.

  2. One vehicle, three functions

Mehendi needs twelve seats, sangeet needs forty, and the reception needs both at once. A single booking cannot do all three.

  3. Nobody owns the schedule

The decorator has one timeline, the caterer has another, and the transport vendor is working from a WhatsApp message sent nine days ago.

  4. The baraat runs long and the shuttle is gone

The procession takes an extra forty minutes, the return vehicle was released at its booked time, and forty guests are standing outside.

How We Run a Wedding

All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour, as RTO rules require. That matters on a wedding timeline, because a plan built on highway speeds will not hold. We build yours on what the vehicle can actually do.

Guests boarding an Avante vehicle at a scheduled pickup point

Step 1

We drive the route first

We run the hotel to venue route before your date, at the same hour your function starts, so the timing on your plan is the real timing rather than a Google estimate.

Step 2

You get a written movement plan

Every vehicle, every pickup point, every slot, in one document shared with you and your planner. Not a phone call and a promise.

Step 3

One named coordinator on the day

A single person you call, who the drivers report to. Not a booking desk and not a different number for each vehicle.

Step 4

A standby vehicle on call

One spare held for the function window. A wedding cannot be rescheduled, so the backup is planned rather than improvised.

Some venues and rural roads cannot take a large vehicle. Send us the exact pickup and drop addresses, including any unpaved or monsoon affected stretches, and we will confirm access before you book rather than on the day.

What a Wedding Quote Covers

Wedding bookings are quoted by function window rather than by the day, because that is how weddings actually run. Everything below appears on your quote before you pay anything.

Decoration

Wedding car decoration is quoted separately from the vehicle. A three piece decoration is ₹2,500 and the larger S design is ₹5,000. We keep it separate because decoration varies so much that folding an average into the hire would mislead you either way.

Partner vehicles

Where a vehicle comes from our vetted partner network rather than our own garage, it is under three years old and in the category you booked or higher. Occasionally we upgrade at the same price and we do not charge extra when that happens.

State tax and all inclusive

On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round. If you would rather have one all inclusive figure with nothing added afterwards, ask and we will quote it that way.

Waiting

No vehicle stays running in standby for more than ten minutes in one spot. If you need the engine and air conditioning kept on between movements, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.

Wedding Transport FAQs

If your question is not here, it is usually about your specific venue or a tight turnaround between functions. Both are worth a two minute call.

Ask about your schedule →

As early as you can. Between November and February the good vehicles go months ahead. We do take last minute bookings up to an hour before pickup depending on what is free, but not usually for a wedding, where the whole point is that nothing is left to chance.

Rarely, because the guest count changes between them. Mehendi might need a 16 seater Urbania and the reception a 49 seater coach. We usually plan a mix, and the movement plan sets out which vehicle is where at what time.

Yes. A three piece decoration is ₹2,500 and the larger S design is ₹5,000, quoted separately from the vehicle hire. Tell us which car and we will coordinate with your decorator.

We hold a standby vehicle for the function window rather than releasing everything at its booked time. Tell the coordinator as soon as you know the timing has moved and we adjust rather than charging you for a vehicle that has already left.

Yes, at both Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Give us flight numbers and we track them. Timely pickup with no last minute cancellations is the thing we hold ourselves to hardest, and on a wedding it matters more than anywhere else.

The bigger the vehicle, the lower the cost per head. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip runs about ₹615 each. A 49 seater on the same trip runs about ₹367 each. If you are close to the next size up, it is usually worth going up.

Book one size bigger than your headcount. It leaves a spare row, so someone can put their feet up on a long stretch or the children have somewhere to play. It costs very little and it changes how a long day feels.

From a point close to your boarding location wherever we can, not strictly from our garage. Our buses and tempo travellers sit in Kandivali and our cars in Andheri, and we would rather not bill you for the drive to your door.

All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour, which RTO rules require. It is set in the vehicle and cannot be raised. Factor that into your function timings.

Full size coaches need a proper entrance and somewhere to wait, and many Mumbai venues have neither. Send us the venue address and the hotel address before you book, including any narrow approach roads, and we will confirm access rather than discovering it on the day.

Yes. Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, Igatpuri, Mahabaleshwar and Pune are regular runs. Further afield we arrange through our vetted partner network, with the same three year vehicle standard.

Not for more than ten minutes at a stretch in standby. If you need it kept running between movements, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.

Send us your function schedule and we will send back a movement plan.
