This is the class you book when the arrival itself is part of the occasion. It is not the class for a routine airport run. If that is what you need, our standard cars and SUVs do the job for a fraction of the cost, and we will say so.

Bookings in this class are arranged individually. Rates below are for local Mumbai use and for outstation, and decoration is quoted on top.
Chauffeur driven, for the couple, for parents, or for a guest you want handled properly. Usually booked for a specific window on a specific day rather than a full day of running around. Local packages start at four hours.
BMW X1, Audi Q5 and Q7 for guests and client movement where a sedan is too small. Same chauffeur service, more room and a higher seating position.
Decorated for the ceremony. Two packages: a three piece decoration and a larger S design. Both are priced separately from the vehicle hire because decoration varies a great deal and we would rather show you the real number.

Luggage is rarely the constraint here, because these bookings are usually short and local. Timing, venue access and where the vehicle waits are what actually matter, and those are the three things that go wrong.
For weddings, send us the function schedule rather than a list of timings. It is faster for you and we spot the clashes before they happen.

Google Maps times assume a car on an empty road. A full vehicle with a speed limiter, a halt and Mumbai traffic on the way out takes longer, and the distance runs higher than the straight line too. Here is what to actually plan for.

Some venues and rural roads on these routes cannot take a large vehicle. Tell us the exact pickup and drop address, including any unpaved or monsoon affected stretches, and we will confirm access before you book rather than on the day.
Vehicles in this class come through our vetted partner network. Utilisation on a luxury car is low and the purchase cost is very high, so almost every operator in Mumbai arranges these the same way and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
What you are buying from us is the arrangement: the right vehicle at the right minute, a chauffeur briefed on the schedule beforehand, and a backup plan for a day that cannot be rescheduled. Any vehicle we send is under three years old and in the category you booked or higher.
When we bring in a vehicle from our vetted partner network, it is no more than three years old and in the same category you booked or higher. Occasionally we upgrade a client at the same price, and we do not charge extra when that happens.

On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round, not as a seasonal offer. If you would rather have one all inclusive figure with nothing charged afterwards, ask and we will quote it that way.
Our buses and tempo travellers run from Kandivali. Our cars run from Andheri. We do not want to bill you for the drive to your door, so for most pickups across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai we calculate distance from a point closer to your boarding location once you tell us where that is. Both kilometres and hours are counted the same way.
A note on waiting. No vehicle stays running in standby for more than ten minutes in one spot. If you need the engine and air conditioning kept on while the vehicle waits, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.

No. Toll, parking and entry charges are extra at actual, and GST is 5 per cent on top if you need a GST invoice. Rates assume a diesel price of ₹98 and are revised when that moves.
Yes, depending on vehicle, season and timings. Off season discounts average around 10 per cent and are sometimes more. Call and we will quote a customised rate for your journey.
As early as you can. Between November and February the good vehicles in this class are booked months ahead. We do take last minute bookings up to an hour before, but not usually in this category.
Yes. Local packages run 4 hours and 40 kilometres, or 8 hours and 80 kilometres, with extra hours and kilometres charged at the rates in the table. Tell us the window and whether the vehicle waits.
