Two things worth knowing before you book. First, we offer both private and T permit vehicles and the choice is yours, because they are priced and regulated differently. Second, once you are travelling with seven or more adults, a tempo traveller usually works out better on both cost and comfort, and we will tell you that rather than take the booking.

The right choice comes down to how many people and how many bags. Here is the honest breakdown.
Four people and light luggage. Right for an airport drop, a day of city meetings or a station transfer. Not right for four people going away for a weekend with a suitcase each, which is the booking we most often talk people out of.
Six seats, a proper third row and more boot space than a sedan. This is the workhorse of the class and what most families book for a day trip out of Mumbai.
Six or seven people, or four people with real luggage. Higher seating position, more boot space and a better ride on rough sections. The right call for outstation runs.
We cover both Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports, with flight tracking and no last minute cancellations. We also run one way drops and pickups between the airports and Pune, Lonavala, Vapi and Surat, which is often cheaper than a return booking you do not need.

This is where most bookings in this class go wrong. A sedan boot holds about two large suitcases, not four. If four people are travelling with a suitcase each, you need a Carens, an Ertiga or an SUV, and it is better to know now than at the pickup point.
When you ask for a quote, tell us the number of bags as well as the number of people. One extra line prevents the most common problem in this class.

Google Maps times assume a car on an empty road. A full vehicle with a speed limiter, a halt and Mumbai traffic on the way out takes longer, and the distance runs higher than the straight line too. Here is what to actually plan for.

Some venues and rural roads on these routes cannot take a large vehicle. Tell us the exact pickup and drop address, including any unpaved or monsoon affected stretches, and we will confirm access before you book rather than on the day.
Our cars run out of Andheri rather than Kandivali, which is why distance for this class is calculated from an Andheri base or from a point closer to you. Every vehicle comes with one of our drivers. We do not offer self drive.
In this class the driver matters as much as the car. Ours know the city, they know which airport lane works at which hour, and they wait between stops rather than disappearing.
When we bring in a vehicle from our vetted partner network, it is no more than three years old and in the same category you booked or higher. Occasionally we upgrade a client at the same price, and we do not charge extra when that happens.

On most nearby states we pass on a discount of up to 50 per cent on the normal state tax, all year round, not as a seasonal offer. If you would rather have one all inclusive figure with nothing charged afterwards, ask and we will quote it that way.
Our buses and tempo travellers run from Kandivali. Our cars run from Andheri. We do not want to bill you for the drive to your door, so for most pickups across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai we calculate distance from a point closer to your boarding location once you tell us where that is. Both kilometres and hours are counted the same way.
A note on waiting. No vehicle stays running in standby for more than ten minutes in one spot. If you need the engine and air conditioning kept on while the vehicle waits, tell us and we will quote it, because it burns fuel.

All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour, which RTO rules require. It is set in the vehicle and we cannot raise it. Factor that into your timings, and see the route table above for realistic drive times.
From a point close to your boarding location wherever we can, not strictly from our garage. Our buses and tempo travellers sit in Kandivali and our cars in Andheri, and we would rather not bill you for the drive to your door. Tell us your pickup point and we will confirm how it is being counted.
To secure your preferred vehicle, book as early as you can. We also take last minute bookings up to an hour before pickup, depending on what is free and where it is.
Yes, one of our most common bookings. The driver stays with you between stops so you are not rebooking every hour. Note that a vehicle does not idle in standby for more than ten minutes at a stretch, so if you need the air conditioning kept running while it waits, tell us and we will quote it.
No. Toll is billed at your actual FASTag statement, and parking and police entry are charged at actual. Fuel and the driver are included in the package.
