Vehicles come from partners we have worked with over time, not from whoever answers the phone first on the day.
Every vehicle we send is under three years old and in the category you booked or higher. Occasionally we upgrade at the same price and do not charge extra for it.
An Avante person owns your booking from the first call to the final invoice. You do not deal with the local operator and you do not chase them.
However many operators are involved, your finance team gets one invoice from us rather than several from names they do not recognise.
If a vehicle falls short, that is our problem to fix rather than yours to absorb. Three decades of operating is what makes replacing it possible.

On request means brought in for your booking rather than sitting locally. We mark it that way because claiming every class in every city is not credible and nobody believes it.
The bigger the vehicle, the less each person pays. A 13 seater on a day trip works out around ₹615 a head. A 49 seater on the same trip works out around ₹367. If your group sits close to the next size up, going up usually costs less per person, not more.
Travelling with elderly passengers or small children? Book one size above your headcount. The spare row means somebody can put their feet up and lie down, or the children have somewhere to play.

Yes, it is the most common leisure booking here, around 90 km each way. It is closed on Mondays, so check that before fixing your date.
If you already have one you trust, use them. Where we are worth it is when you do not, or when the trip touches Mumbai and Gujarat together. Then one coordinator, one standard and one invoice is worth more than finding a vendor through a search result.
All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour, which RTO rules require. It is set in the vehicle and we cannot raise it. Factor that into your timings.
