We run it mainly as a 16 seater, and a 17 seater version is available. There are also 9 and 10 seater luxury versions with much larger seats. All of them are the same length outside. Only the inside layout changes.

It is our 9 or 10 seater. The standard rows come out and extra large Maharaja seats go in, one on each side of the aisle. Fewer people, far more room each. It is the version we suggest for long drives and for older passengers.

Yes. One configuration has 12 premium seats and a 4 seater sofa-cum-bed at the back, so someone can lie down on a long stretch. We run a limited number, so ask for it by name.

For comfort, yes. Independent front suspension and a taller cabin mean a softer ride and you can stand up inside. Both use the same engine, so neither is faster. For more than 17 people, a tighter budget, or a lot of luggage, the tempo traveller is the better choice.

Yes. The cabin is tall enough for most adults to stand and walk down the aisle without stooping. It is one of the biggest differences from a standard tempo traveller.

Yes. The Urbania has vents along every row, so the back row gets the same cooling as the front.

All our vehicles are speed limited to 80 km per hour, which RTO rules require. It is set in the vehicle and we cannot raise it. Factor that into your timings, and see the route table above for realistic drive times.

From a point close to your boarding location wherever we can, not strictly from our garage. Our buses and tempo travellers sit in Kandivali and our cars in Andheri, and we would rather not bill you for the drive to your door. Tell us your pickup point and we will confirm how it is being counted.

The bigger the vehicle, the lower the cost per head. A 13 seater on a Lonavala day trip runs about ₹8,000, which is roughly ₹615 each. A 49 seater coach on the same trip runs about ₹18,000, which is roughly ₹367 each. If you are close to the next size up, it is usually worth going up.

Book one size bigger than your headcount. It leaves a spare row, so someone can put their feet up and lie down on a long stretch, or the children have somewhere to play. It is the single best piece of advice we give and it costs very little.

To secure your preferred vehicle, book as early as you can. We also take last minute bookings up to an hour before pickup, depending on what is free and where it is.

Yes. Our garage is in Kandivali and you are welcome to come and look at the actual Urbania. Call ahead so we can make sure it is not out on a job.

We service in house on a fixed schedule, so it is rare. If it happens, call the number on your booking confirmation and we arrange a replacement. Any partner vehicle we send is under three years old and in the same category or higher.
